Connectivity Issues
Connectivity issues, can be due to a number factors:
- Poor Wi-Fi signal
- Poor Cellular signal
Modem Reset Required

Troubleshooting Tips:
Make sure your BYO Wi-Fi case is elevated higher than 3 feet off the ground and that it has a clear line of site to the area looking to receive the Wi-Fi signal.

Troubleshooting Tips:
- Verify that you are nearby both an AT&T and a Verizon cellular tower by searching your location on AntennaSearch.com
Check your data speed by going to the site: Speedtest.net. Your speed should be anywhere between 10 Mbps up to 100+ Mbps (megabits per second)
Modem Reset Required
Sometimes data connections get stale and the best fix is to power cycle your BYO Wi-Fi case. This can easily be done by pressing the reset button shown in the picture below. Hold the button down for 10 seconds and then release. This will power cycle your unit and it will reconnect to the local cellular network within 10 minutes after you release the reset button. Feel free to revert back to Speedtest.net to check the data speeds once again.
